All orders are sent using Royal Mail Second Class. The delivery address must be a residential or business address, delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Most orders are shipped within three working days, although certain items may take up to seven working days to dispatch (this is clearly indicated in the item description where applicable).  How long it takes for the order to reach you once we have dispatched it is dependant upon Royal Mail and how busy they are.  Their current advice is that delivery may take up to 14 days.

Other delivery options: If you would like to receive your order via Guaranteed Next Day Delivery or Tracked Delivery, these are available at an additional cost, please contact us by email prior to placing your order to discuss options.

DELIVERY DURING BUSINESS CLOSURE/SUMMER BREAKS

As we are a small business, when we take a break, it unfortunately means the business takes a break too. You can still order from our website during business closure periods and summer breaks, but you will need to wait a bit longer for your order to be delivered.  For business closure periods, the date that your order will be dispatched will be clearly stated on the home page (it is usually the date that we resume normally trading). For summer breaks, your delivery make take longer to arrive but, when you place an order, we will contact you to provide an anticipated dispatch date.  You will be offered a full refund if this date is not acceptable to you.  Or alternatively, email us before placing your order and we can give you an anticipated dispatch date before you place your order.

BUSINESS CLOSURE PERIODS:  We are currently open for business.

SUMMER BREAKS:  We are not on a summer break yet and order are being processed as normal but delivery may take longer.  Please email us prior to placing an order if you would like an indication of dispatch times for your desired item.

All orders for countries outside of the UK will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery at a cost of GBP £12.00. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your package directly with Royal Mail.  During the pandemic, we will continue to accept international orders as long as Royal Mail offers a mailing service to your destination.

 

Important: Please check your country's regulations for any taxes or import duties that may be payable in respect of domestic customs clearance for your order as you are responsible for paying these charges.
